OPERATIONAL OVERVIEW

To review all aspects of the business as it currently stands, providing feedback and customizd action plan designed to help the business ensure operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction

One hour assessment call with a two hour follow up call.
After reviewing your business structure and main functions I will come back to you in 24-48 hours with a customized plan for your business. We will follow up with another call and fill out a plan of action.
6 Week cONSULTING

To map out a long term plan of action for the business and create foundational documentation. During this time key steps will be taken to move the business into some key changes and break down all goals into tasks in a way that ensures long term success and capitalizes on the momentum created within this 6 week period.

2 hours a week of the business owners time, with various tasks in between calls. Calls can be once weekly for the full 2 hours, or split into 2 seperate sessions at one hour.
CONTRACTED CONSULTING

For those requiring long term consulting or project managment we offer contracts in increments of 3 months. Each package is customized. ELIGIBILITY: requires operational overview prior to application, price of overiew deducted from custom package price

Each package is customized and will require a MINIMUM of 2 hours from the business owner each week for review/discussion of projects at hand.
WHAT’S IT LIKE TO WORK WITH ME?

My job is to help you take a step back and see things with a birds eye view. Often as business owners we can get tunnel vision very quickly!
While each clients needs are unique and I will be happy to tailor my approach to your needs, there are some commonalities for what to expect.
DISCOVERY CALL
I can’t help you if I don’t first understand what you need help with. Sometimes the “ask” is so big that we need to get on a call to hone in on the common denominator that is causing you stress or holding you back. Think of this as a “getting to know you” virtual coffee. After this call I will be able to clearly outline to you what deliverables I am able to meet and under what conditions.
DAY ONE CALL
This is where we map out what your entire project will look like. We basically fill in a template for how we plan to break this goal down into it’s constituent parts. We also set expectations for the duration of our time together.
MY TIME TO SHINE
From here I either take the steering wheel and completely take over or I operate off of a schedule where I alternate between working alongside of you or your supporting team and helping to put the wheels in motion. Whether we have a short term project or long term this is where I take charge and you take a deep breath.
FINAL RESULTS
At the end of our contracted time together there will be an “offboarding” where we review our original objective(s) and ensure that we have either appropriately evolved into a more crucial focus or we have totally nailed it and are well on our way to the final result. This is a time for reflection as well as an opportunity for us to reset and make sure that last stretch of time together really pushes us into that finish line.
CELEBRATION
YAY! The long awaited finish line. We will pause to celebrate the acheivements we have made along the way and both of us will provide some final feedback. You will fill out a form evaluating your experience and I will provide my final review of our project and make sure you are feeling absolutely confident moving forward.
