Women In Logistics
My passion project
With over 10 years in the supply chain industry, and experience building and scaling my own distribution company I have had the pleasure of connecting with many women within this otherwise male-dominated industry.
It should come as no surprise that women have a vastly different experience coming into operations, especially within supply chain. Given the differences in our brain chemistry as well as various environmental factors that have helped to shape us and our identities- women offer a unique perspective and approach to the work that they do and I beleive that women in logistics deserve the opportunity to showcase their abilities and connect with other women in the industry.
Women In Logistics, first and foremost is a community of women supporting women in a very real way. We have narrowed our focus down to women who work in logistics and operations but have opened the doors to ALL women within these fields of work and not exclusively within the supply chain industry.
